Museum of Art and History
Switzerland's acclaimed Museum of Art and History finds its home near the hotel La Cour des Augustins in Geneva's Old Town. The Museum was constructed in 1910 and is today constituted by four different sites, which makes the display of its collection coherent and easily accessible in an area of over 7.000 square meters. Being a multidisciplinary museum gives the visitors a greater insight on early history, prehistory, antiquity, Byzantine art and fine arts from the middle ages to the 20th century. After your visit, do not miss Le Barocco, the museum's restaurant!
